ABOUT OUR CANDLES
Why do we use Soy Wax,?
All of our wax is 100% soy wax grown right here in the USA. Soy allows the candles to have a "clean burn" with no petroleum-carbon soot that you get from other types of wax. Soy wax also has a slow burn which will allow your candle to last 30-50% longer. Soy wax is easy to clean and is biodegradable and water soluble.
Fragrances
Here at S3 Handcrafted we use the highest grade non-toxic fragrance oils and essential oils for our candles. Our scents are free from carcinogens, reproductive toxins and other potentially hazardous chemicals often found in other fragrances. Our mission is to create a safer home fragrance product that both you and your family can enjoy! All candles are poured with love by 3 sisters in New Jersey.
WHO WE ARE
We are three sisters born and raised in South Jersey coming together to make the perfectly imperfect happen. Here at S3 Handcrafted we strive to make products that are eco-friendly, cruelty free and up-cycled. All our candles are poured in small batches with love by 3 sisters, Sarah, Shelby & Samantha. We have three styles of vessels that we use and each one matches a sisters personality.
Sarah, is a physician assistant in the heart of Philadelphia. She is a wife and proud mama to two rescue pups, Jax and Stella. Sarah has always enjoyed making her own boho chic clothes, sewing, and doing everything she can to turn someone else's trash into a treasure. That is why her line is called "up-cycled." All the vessels in this line are thrifted or recycled. Shelby, has always enjoyed the finer things in life. Her style is more modern farmhouse with a touch of fancy. She has always been artistic and enjoys teaching dance, traveling and playing with her rescue pup, Wyatt. Shelby's line is the "luxury" line. These vessels although still simple and clean have a little fancier flare to them. Samantha, is a on the go mom to two beautiful girls, Lainey Mae and Skylar Grace and rescue pups, Cairo, Bella and Lobo. Sam is loud, fun and always encouraging her girls to enjoy life. She is an all around country girl with a bit of crazy (in a good way). Her line is our "classic" line. These vessels are the classic mason jar perfect for any home.
